Pipeline Processing Manager

A company is looking for a Divisional Pipeline/Processing Manager to oversee the daily flow and performance of loan files through the processing pipeline. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary liaison between the Processing team and the Closing department, ensuring timely updates and seamless handoffs Manage loan assignments across processors and coordinate resources during team members' absences Oversee file scenarios and escalated issues, ensuring timely resolution and monitoring of commitment and closing date targets Required Qualifications: Previous supervisory experience required In-depth knowledge of mortgage processing for all product types, including Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, VA, and USDA loans Strong client service focus Thorough knowledge of processing requirements for all loan products Ability to behave as a leadership role model
