Manager of Enterprise Applications

A company is looking for a Manager, Enterprise Applications to lead a team of IT professionals in optimizing and supporting Microsoft Productivity applications. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement IT strategies to enhance application performance and user adoption Lead and manage a technology team, promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration Analyze user behavior and establish KPIs to drive continuous improvement in technology initiatives Required Qualifications Demonstrated experience in managing technology applications and leading teams Deep understanding of technology solutions and best practices in platform and identity management Experience with Agile Frameworks, preferably Scrum and/or SAFe Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred Experience in managing budgets for technology projects and software licensing
