Key Responsibilities Initiate PAP therapy and monitor patient adherence Troubleshoot PAP devices and provide hands-on support Engage with patients throughout their care journey to ensure treatment success Required Qualifications Holds an RPSGT credential or is a Registered Respiratory Therapist Must be certified, registered, or licensed to practice in the state of Maryland Experience with EMR/EHR systems or database systems Prior experience in a durable medical equipment (DME) setting or sleep medicine practice Comfort with digital tools and a dynamic team environment
