Senior Manager - Structural Category

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager - AP1000 Structural Category. Key Responsibilities: Recruit and manage a team to develop and implement a commercial strategy for AP1000 and APx projects, focusing on improving Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) Ensure execution of the strategy through preferred supplier lists and long-term agreements, enhancing cost, delivery, quality, and service Oversee the issuance of Purchase Orders and manage commercial agreements for long-term material and service contracts to support timely project deliveries Qualifications: BA/BS degree required; MBA or MS in engineering preferred Minimum 7 years of procurement experience, ideally in complex engineering and construction projects At least 5 years of experience in negotiations, including RFI, RFP, RFQ, and contract development Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in procurement, preferably with 3 years in category management supervision
