Radiology - Breast Physician

A prominent healthcare facility in New Jersey is currently seeking a Breast Imaging Radiologist to join its expanding team. This full-time position is based in a hospital setting and requires a professional with a strong background in breast imaging and related procedures. About the Opportunity: Shift: Day Schedule: Monday to Friday Hours: 8am to 4pm or 8:30am to 4:30pm Responsibilities: Conducting breast imaging and biopsies, including stereotactic, MRI, and ultrasound procedures Performing iodine seed localizations Implementing and interpreting tomosynthesis (3-D imaging) Utilizing AGFA PACS and PowerScribe systems Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive breast care services Qualifications: MD/DO with fellowship in Breast Imaging Board Eligible / Certified in Radiology from an ACGME or AOA-accredited residency Proficiency with Breast Imaging techniques Competence in Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology procedures Familiarity with PACS and voice recognition systems Strong communication abilities Ability to work collaboratively within a team High attention to detail Desired Skills: Advanced tomosynthesis skills
