California Licensed MDS Coordinator

A company is looking for an Assistant MDS Resource. Key Responsibilities Oversee the completion of resident assessments and ensure compliance with guidelines Track and monitor the effective utilization of PDPM tools and provide clinical recommendations Coordinate interdisciplinary participation in completing MDS assessments and care plans Required Qualifications Graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred Must be in good standing with the State Board of Nursing and maintain required continuing education/licensing 3 years of supervisory experience preferred Long Term Care experience preferred Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds occasionally
