Surgery - Cardiovascular Physician Assistant

This regional medical center in beautiful Charleston, SC is seeking an experienced, board certified physician assistant with EVH experience to join another in assisting their 2 experienced employed cardiothoracic surgeons Qualified Candidates: 2 or more years experience with all routine heart surgery procedures and thoracic procedures Possess understanding of clinic follow ups and post op outpatient care Exposure to minimally invasive procedures a plus Experience in EVH and 1st assist in surgery required APP will be responsible for daily rounding on patients pre and post-operatively as well as conducting follow-up assessments in the clinic Expected call schedule of 1:4 Incentive/Benefits Package: Competitive compensation Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k with match, PTO, and more CME allowance Malpractice coverage Employee Stock Purchase Plan About The Medical Center: The Health System is a 437-bed two hospital tertiary-care system.
