Primary Care Physician Murfreesboro, TN A Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician to provide comprehensive primary care services to vulnerable communities in Murfreesboro, TN. Join a team committed to delivering high-quality care with dignity and respect, offering a wide range of services including primary care, behavioral health, nutrition, pharmacy, and supportive services addressing social determinants of health. Practice Highlights Ideal Work Environment: Recently renovated clinic, which underwent a complete modernization in 2024. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a strong focus on patient well-being. Dedicated Workspace: Enjoy your own office with three dedicated exam rooms. Collaborative Team: Work alongside 2 full-time Physicians and 17 Nurse Practitioners. Work-Life Balance: Choose between a 5-day (Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 6 PM) or 4-day (Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 6 PM) work week. Expect to work only one Saturday (8 AM - 4 PM) per quarter. Patient Volume: See an average of 20-25 patients per day, with open appointments to accommodate walk-ins. Electronic Medical Records: Utilize eClinicalWorks for efficient patient management. HPSA Score: This location has a HPSA score of 16, indicating significant need and potential for loan repayment programs. Light Call Schedule: Participate in a 1:4 phone-only call rotation. Compensation & Benefits Competitive Base Salary: Above the median for the right candidate. Sign-on Bonus: $20,000 to welcome you to our team. Relocation Assistance: $10,000 to help with your move. Generous Paid Time Off: 2 weeks of vacation 10 paid holidays 16 sick days 1 week of CME time Professional Development & Support: $2,500 annual CME allowance. All necessary licenses paid for by PCHC. Annual allowance of $400 for dues/subscriptions. Annual subscription to Up-to-Date (approximately $650 value) provided. Student Loan repayment : Participate in the National Health Service Corps. with potential for up to $100,000 for a three-year term of full-time service. Comprehensive Benefits: PCHC covers 100% of employee health insurance premiums and fully funds the deductible through a Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA).
