No locums or part-time available. 40 miles to Modesto, CA, 70 miles to Sacramento, CA and 90 miles to San Jose, CA Group is completing a brand new 3-million-dollar dental office and dental lab this year. New dental office was opened about 2 years ago. New lab just opened Guaranteed Base salary starting in the $197,000 - $217,000 range. Incentive bonuses for production and quality measures. Group works with primarily 5 native American tribes in the region. 13 patient encounters per day. Group pays $25 per patient over 13 if you desire to see more patients. Monday Friday schedule from 8 am 5 pm. Call is very limited after hours. NextGen EMR Group offers primary care services, behavioral health, dental, optometry and ambulatory services. Group covers 100% health, dental and vision for employee. 403B retirement plan with 4% contribution after 3 months of employment. PTO of 15 days per year plus 8 sick days, 12 paid holidays (2 personal holidays) and 5 days of CME with $2,000 budget. 40 total days of PTO. Negotiable sign on bonus and relocation bonus CA dental license and DEA required. Credentialing process can be done in 30-45 days. Ideal candidate will have a CA license already in hand.
