Additional duties may include hospitalist work, continuity clinic, or specialty clinics, depending on qualifications. Teaching & Education: Opportunity to work with a diverse faculty and train future healthcare providers for underserved populations Research: Encouraged to develop scholarly interest and produce scholarly work (e.g., national presentations, manuscript submissions every 1-2 years). Supervision: Likely to supervise Advanced Practice Providers Institutional Citizenship: Improve access, cost, quality, and health outcomes. Engage in community outreach, attend professional events to assist with program and relationship development, and maintain timely documentation and satisfaction metrics.
