Position Summary Working in collaboration with the other members of the clinical team, the Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant will initiate assessment, diagnosis, and the implementation of a range of care interventions and treatment plans for patients presenting with undifferentiated and undiagnosed health conditions that are within their scope of practice. Reportability The Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant reports to the Administrative Medical Director.
