Family Practice NP Locums Need in CA

Family Practice NP Start Date: As soon as credentialed Contract Length: 3 months, ongoing Shift Details: 8hr day with 1hr unpaid lunch. Hours will vary between 7a-7p. Schedule: Monday-Friday Work Details: Support Staff: Front desk, med assistants, RN, Physician Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 40hrs/week. FT providers only. Patients per day: 12-16 Patient Population/Age: All ages Department Description: Will be handling overflow from the MD; primarily will be acute needs. Minor illnesses, injuries, rashes, etc. EMR: EPIC Skills Required: Must be comfortable with routine family practice care. Practice Setting: Clinic/Private Practice- outpatient Requirements: Board Certification: Required License Required: Active CA license DEA: Required Certifications Required: BLS Minimum Experience Required: 1-2 years Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
