A company is looking for an Extra ID Helpdesk Technician to provide operational support for Microsoft Entra ID services. Key Responsibilities Provide Tier I-III operational support for Microsoft Entra ID B2B external collaboration services Troubleshoot external user access issues and support onboarding for external agency users Monitor and respond to identity-related support tickets and maintain accurate documentation Required Qualifications, Training, and Education 3+ years of relevant IT experience supporting identity management or enterprise helpdesk environments Experience with user account provisioning and external collaboration access issues Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and authentication concepts Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
