Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) Join us at P&N Distribution, a Rheem company. We provide top-tier HVAC solutions to contractors, multifamily industries, and commercial properties across the Northeast. We're looking for a reliable Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) to be a part of our team, delivering excellent service and embodying our company values. The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse setting as well as a good driving record, the ability to work well with others, and a self-motivated mentality. This position requires a 5 AM start time. Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour Please note all pay ranges are broadly stated, and any final offer is dependent on factors such as location, direct experience, market guidance and internal equity, among other qualifying criteria. Responsibilities Follow all Department of Transportation standards and regulations, including performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections Complete necessary paperwork for delivered merchandise Load/unload merchandise and ensure the vehicle is organized Pull product, load and unload trucks when not performing driving duties Back up other drivers routes when needed Provide quality customer service Warehouse work and all other duties as assigned Qualifications 1 year minimum of delivery/commercial driving experience is required A valid driver's license and a good driving record per company policy Must be able to obtain or currently have a DOT medical card Demonstrated ability to provide quality customer service Ability to follow direction and safe operating procedures Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work at heights of 20 ft. on a regular basis Ability to be trained to use forklifts and other warehouse machinery Benefits: Medical-Dental-Vision benefits available day 1! 401K plus match Paid vacation & sick time Referral program Life Insurance Internal opportunities for growth About Us At Rheem, we engineer products for life.
