Summary of Position Lionsgate is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst to join its Benefits team. Responsibilities Administration of US employee benefits, wellness, retirement and workers comp Lead robust Wellness program and act as a subject matter expert, influencing how we design and deliver our programs to support physical, emotional, and financial well-being Assist with benefits and workers compensation questions from employees and be able to resolve complex and escalated benefit issues Build strong relationships and respond to escalated issues from benefit vendors and internal partners such as HR, Payroll, Finance and Legal Assist with plan management and presentations, providing insights and recommendations on renewals and employee feedback Use data and insights to provide feedback on competitive health and retirement benefits that enhance employee well-being, drive engagement, and manage costs Review internal processes, identify inefficiencies and suggest enhancements Create reports for various compliance requirements and auditing throughout the year Monitor and resolve errors in file processing for enrollments, COBRA, terminations, life events Act as backup for leave requests Additional projects as needed Qualifications and Skills Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar position Bachelors degree in human resources or related field Highly motivated self-starter who is extremely detail oriented Must have the ability to handle superior level of confidentiality concerning employee information Strong ability to multi-task and meet constantly changing deadlines Strong benefits experience and working knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA/ADA High level of proficiency in Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Excellent interpersonal skills Nice to Haves CEBS or similar certification preferred.
