Key Responsibilities Manage incoming calls, texts, emails and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and care Help assist in scheduling and confirming patient appointments, ensuring accuracy in Denticon Collect and update patient information in Denticon Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations Additional administrative duties as assigned Required Skills & Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required Minimum of 1 year experience in a dental administrative or healthcare administrative role (required) Proficiency with computer systems Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong interpersonal and verbal communication abilities Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to lift up to 1520 lbs.
