A company is looking for a Part-Time Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist. Key Responsibilities Proactively source candidates through various channels and build an active talent pipeline Screen and evaluate candidates, checking references and aligning their motivations with business needs Partner with hiring managers to address recruitment challenges and represent the company at career fairs and networking events Required Qualifications 1+ year of high-volume recruiting experience and a bachelor's degree, or a High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of experience Proven experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring hourly workforces Proficiency with job boards and sourcing platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn Skilled in HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems, with experience in Microsoft Teams and virtual meeting tools Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications for communication and documentation
