Estimate repair needs to customer based on vehicle inspection. Serve as the communication between the customer and the technician. Answer incoming telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner. Write accurate repair orders & estimates using ProfitNet ADP Write accurate estimates utilizing the three major estimating systems: Pathways, Mitchell, Audatex Qualifications: Excellent communication & time management skills. Typing & basic computer skills to enter repair orders. Mathematics to calculate service costs and count change. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
