Senior Clinical Operations Lead

A company is looking for a Sr. Clinical Operations Lead. Key Responsibilities Oversee compliance of regional CRAs and investigator sites with study protocols and regulations Conduct training and mentoring for CRAs on study procedures and guidelines Develop study tools and materials, and implement enrollment and recruitment strategies Required Qualifications College diploma/degree with 7-9 years of related experience, or an undergraduate degree with 4-6 years of experience Preferred background in Health Sciences, Life Sciences, or Nursing, with relevant certifications Minimum of 3 years CRA experience and proficiency with EDC systems Demonstrated knowledge of GCPs and local regulations related to clinical monitoring Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
