Key Responsibilities Drive new business sales into large strategic accounts with 3,500 or more employees Manage complex sales cycles utilizing internal teams to close deals Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers and Workday sales teams Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or relevant work experience in HR services or enterprise software 10+ years of experience selling to Large Enterprise organizations of 3,500 or more employees Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and achieving revenue goals Experience in cultivating relationships with strategic partners and alliances Ability to maintain accurate customer, pipeline, and forecast data
