Shift Leader Opportunity $14 - $16 / hour + bonuses paid weekly We are hiring fun and awesome shift leaders to join our restaurant leadership team! The Perks Competitive base wage + tips + weekly bonuses! (Adds an average of $1.50 - $3 per hour to base wage) Opportunities for advancement to upper management The Baseline Qualifications Minimum age: 18 years old High school diploma, some post high school education a plus 1-2 years previous leadership experience in some capacity Operations Management: Oversee daily tasks, ensuring smooth service, product quality, and compliance with Five Guys standards. Team Leadership: Train, coach, motivate, and supervise crew members; may assist with hiring and disciplinary actions. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold the friendly service culture. Food & Safety: Ensure proper food preparation, quality, and strict adherence to health and sanitation regulations. Inventory & Maintenance: Manage supplies, inventory, and ensure the restaurant's equipment, facility, and grounds are clean and maintained. Financials: Handle cash, including register operations and reporting. Hands-On Work: Perform all crew member duties (grill, fries, prep, cashier) as needed.
