Senior QA Automation Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to drive software quality initiatives. Key Responsibilities Establish and coordinate the overall automation test strategy and ensure automation for backlog manual test cases Lead the design, development, maintenance, and execution of automated test scripts and frameworks Manage and mentor junior QA automation engineers, promoting technical excellence and process improvement Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in QA automation or as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET), including lead or senior roles Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript Extensive experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cucumber) Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
