Nevada Licensed Care Manager (RN)

A company is looking for a Care Manager (RN) - Postpartum. Key Responsibilities Evaluate member needs and barriers to care, recommending plans for optimal outcomes Develop ongoing care plans and collaborate with providers to address unmet needs Provide resource support and education to members and their families on healthcare options Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Degree from an Accredited School of Nursing or a Bachelor's degree in Nursing 2 - 4 years of related experience in nursing RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required Experience in Postpartum care, Labor & Delivery, Nursery, or NICU preferred Must reside in Nevada, specifically in Clark County
