Project Manager Public Federal Commercial Construction Our client is a well-established general contractor headquartered in Palm Beach County, recognized for its strong footprint across public-sector and commercial construction. Job Description Manage assigned projects from kickoff through final closeout. Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules. Oversee budgets, cost tracking, and change order management. Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, and inspectors. Lead subcontractor buyout, contract administration, and scopes. Maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and logs. Utilize Procore to manage project controls and reporting. Work closely with Superintendents to ensure field execution aligns with plan. Comfortable running projects independently (not just delegating). Strong scheduling and organizational skills. Proficiency with Procore and standard PM software. Steady work history and experience with reputable contractors. Comfortable remaining at the PM level for the next 2-3 years. What's on Offer Base salary range of $100K-$135K, depending on experience.
