Transportation Coordinator

Transportation Coordinator Turn 14 Distribution is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Transportation Coordinator to support and optimize our shipping and logistics operations. This onsite role is based out of our Horsham, PA office and plays a key part in ensuring the timely, compliant, and cost-effective movement of goods while maintaining strong internal and external partnerships. Essential Job Functions Coordinate international ocean and domestic ground shipments, including scheduling and required documentation Ensure timely customs clearance and final delivery of inbound shipments Partner closely with warehouse receiving leadership regarding inbound shipment arrivals Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to support logistics operations Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipment statuses and transportation documentation Proactively troubleshoot transportation delays and service disruptions Manage escalated shipping claims and oversee claim appeals through resolution Analyze shipping claim trends and provide insights and feedback to internal teams and external partners Build and maintain day-to-day relationships with transportation carriers Prepare and distribute routine transportation and performance reporting to internal stakeholders Qualifications & Experience Associate's degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related business field preferred; equivalent experience considered Minimum of two (2) years of traffic or transportation planning experience Experience handling and escalating freight claims strongly preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Adaptable to changing priorities and workflows Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism There at Every Turn: Our Benefits We believe in empowering our employees through career growth opportunities, ongoing learning, and a strong culture of support.
