Job Description

Corporate Receptionist Join our Office Services team as the welcoming face of our San Antonio office. In this role, you'll create a polished, professional first impression for callers and visitors while keeping daily office operations running smoothly. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and being at the center of a collaborative environment, this role is a great match. What You'll Do Greet visitors and manage the main reception line with professionalism and warmth Route calls, support the corporate switchboard, and maintain accurate call guides Coordinate visitor access, security protocols, and building/vendor relationships Support mail, packages, conference room scheduling, and office supply management Assist with employee engagement events and internal communications Participate in business continuity and failover readiness activities Provide day-to-day support to Office Services to keep the workplace running smoothly What You Bring Customer service experience; corporate reception or office services preferred Strong communication skills, professional etiquette, and attention to detail Comfort with multitasking in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with MS Office; bilingual skills a plus Dependability, teamwork, and a service-oriented mindset Work Environment & Schedule This is a 100% on-site role, MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM. Occasional overtime may be required. Light physical activity (lifting up to 25 lbs, bending, reaching) may be part of the role. Compensation For San Antonio, the base salary range is $34,000 ($16.35/hr) to $46,000 ($22.12/hr), commensurate with experience. This role is bonus-eligible and includes a comprehensive benefits package. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
