Financial Wellness Counselor

A company is looking for a Financial Wellness Expert to provide compassionate financial counseling to clients nationwide through phone-based services. Key Responsibilities Deliver phone-based financial counseling services and respond to client inquiries Gather and analyze client financial information to develop personalized action plans Maintain accurate records and complete required training while collaborating with colleagues Required Qualifications Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week, on a scheduled shift Willingness to obtain HUD and NFCC certifications during training Ability to type at least 40 words per minute with 80% accuracy Fluency in both Spanish and English is preferred but not required Must have a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection for remote work
