Recruiter Non-Medical Home Care Location: Warrington, PA (serving Bucks County, PA) Compensation: $45,000 $55,000 annually + Office Bonus Plan Schedule: Full-Time | On-Call Rotation (additional compensation) Join a growing Home Care Team with Griswold Home Care Griswold Home Care is opening a NEW office in Warrington, PA. We're looking for a Recruiter who is energized by meeting new people, passionate about building a strong caregiver team, and ready to help shape the culture of a growing agency. Why This Role Matters In non-medical home care, caregivers are everything. The right recruiter doesn't just fill shifts they build relationships, strengthen retention, and help create a stable, high-quality care team that clients can rely on. What You'll Do Recruitment & Hiring Source, screen, and interview caregivers and home health aides Host and attend career fairs and hiring events throughout Bucks County Build relationships with local workforce development organizations Conduct reference checks and assist with onboarding Compliance & Documentation Ensure employment paperwork is completed accurately and on time Maintain audit-ready files in accordance with company standards Support background checks and onboarding requirements Retention & Advocacy Serve as an advocate for care staff Partner with leadership to address turnover challenges Help implement retention strategies and caregiver engagement initiatives Training & Growth Assist with new hire orientation and ongoing training programs Support continuing education efforts Contribute ideas to improve recruiting and retention processes What We're Looking For Values building a competent, dependable caregiver team Detail-oriented with employment documentation and compliance Resilient and motivated to tackle retention challenges Able to commute to our Warrington, PA office and travel throughout Bucks County Willing to participate in a compensated on-call rotation Proficient with Microsoft Office and recruiting platforms Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance Ability to meet all hiring criteria per company policy and state regulations Positive attitude with a growth mindset Preferred but Not Required: Experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service, or home care Knowledge of the non-medical home care industry Benefits Include: 8 Paid Holidays & 6 Wellness Days 2 Volunteer Days per year Vacation Time, increasing with tenure Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with Employer Match Paid Family Leave Life Insurance (employer paid) Short & Long-Term Disability Insurance (employer paid) Additional benefits include: Pet Insurance, Legal Benefits, & Continuing Education & Professional Development Why Join Our Team?
