What We're Looking For:Were looking for a detail-driven, people-obsessed HR Support Specialist to power the day-to-day of our HR function. In this role, youll be the engine behind an exceptional employee experience, from seamless onboarding to accurate systems and processes, while gaining broad exposure across HR in a high-growth SaaS environment. Youll also have opportunities to partner on strategic HR initiatives, contribute insights to engagement and culture programs, and support data-driven decisions through HR analytics. What You'll Do: Culture, Engagement & EventsHelp plan and execute company-wide moments that matter (annual retreat, celebrations, recognition programs).Bring fresh ideas to strengthen connection and amplify our culture.Collaborate on strategic engagement initiatives that drive belonging and retention. Employee Lifecycle, Onboarding & OffboardingOwn key steps across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, job changes, and offboarding.Coordinate new-hire logistics end to end: accounts, equipment, schedules, and orientation.Partner with department leaders to ensure every new employee has a strong start.Prepare offer letters, run employment verifications and background checks, and manage HR documentation.Maintain accurate, confidential employee records in the HRIS and related systems.Process employee changes (promotions, transfers, terminations) with speed and precision.Manage offboarding tasks (communications, asset return, access deactivation) with care and consistency.Make the first day feel specialfrom swag to thoughtful touches that set the tone. HR Systems, Analytics & Technology ManagementServe as the administrator for HR technology tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft, Gusto, Slack, and internal systems).Safeguard data integrity, manage permissions, and oversee user access.Generate HR analytics and reports to support strategic decision-making and workforce insights.Identify opportunities to enhance automation, improve workflows, and strengthen system integrations.Serve as backup support for payroll operations. Compliance & Process SupportKeep processes and records compliant with federal and state employment regulations.Prepare materials for audits and internal reporting.Maintain and improve documentation for HR standard operating procedures. Learning & Development SupportCoordinate logistics for training, onboarding sessions, and development programs.Track participation and completion in partnership with the Head of HR and department leaders.Provide administrative support for professional development resources and internal workshops. What Your Bring:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, preferred.Professional certifications such as, SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resources Management) or PHR (HRCI), preferred12 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.Working knowledge of HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office tools.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
