Key Responsibilities Manage an assigned book of business, serving as the primary client relationship manager Handle inquiries related to insurance coverages, policy changes, and billing requests Act as a liaison between customers and carriers, ensuring effective communication and service Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in customer service and/or sales in the property and casualty insurance industry Self-directed with strong decision-making and time management skills Proficient in PC skills and knowledgeable in insurance software, including AMS360 Ability to effectively communicate and listen to customer needs
