Bookkeeper

Bookkeeping Services Provide monthly bookkeeping services to multiple clients in a variety of different industries. This would include monthly reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll services, sales tax filing, reporting and additional accounting services upon request. Build relationships and interact with clients daily. This position would be the main point of contact for clients assigned to them. Identify and consult on best bookkeeping practices as well as scheduling meetings or phone calls with clients to analyze their financials. Qualifications Proven work experience as a bookkeeper. Experience in managing multiple client accounts and demonstrated history of client management. Excellent knowledge of debits and credits. Knowledge of QuickBooks and MS Office. Highly proficient at meeting deadlines and solving problems. Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationships. Strong inter-personnel skills. Experience Proficiency in 3D modeling (CAD, SolidWorks or CATIA) Concrete, roadway and construction fasteners preferred Stamping/metal forming and CNC experience preferred Management of large projects and complex processes Partnering with domestic and international customers/suppliers/vendors Preferred ability to define test plans, write test procedures, and lead development and qualification testing.
