A company is looking for an HR Shared Services Specialist.
Key Responsibilities Answer HR Helpline calls and respond to inquiries in accordance with established Service Level Agreements Provide administrative support related to HR matters, including payroll, new hire support, and employee concerns Assist in the transition of HR administrative processes and maintain relationships with HR Business Partners Required Qualifications 2-5 years of HR Shared Services or relevant Human Resources experience Proficiency in French Canadian (both written and spoken) Strong knowledge of Canadian laws and regulations Experience with Human Resources Information System software Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience required
