A company is looking for a Head of Advanced Planning to lead a multidisciplinary team focused on complex client relationships and advanced financial planning. Key Responsibilities: Set the vision and operating model for the Advanced Planning function and build a high-performing team Partner with advisors to address high complexity client needs and ensure coordinated, client-centric planning solutions Drive the development and adoption of new advanced planning capabilities across the organization Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably in a related field Advanced credentials (e.g., JD, CPA, EA, CFP) strongly preferred 15+ years of expertise in advanced wealth planning for high net worth clients Prior leadership experience managing specialist teams in wealth management or professional services Strong understanding of the needs of business owners and multigenerational families
