HR Generalist Addison Group is partnering with a growing organization in San Antonio to identify an experienced HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations. This role will be part of a collaborative HR team and will play a key role in supporting employees, leaders, and organizational initiatives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. The HR Generalist will support a broad range of human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll support, and HR administration. This position requires a high level of confidentiality, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while providing excellent internal customer service. Key responsibilities include: Support full-cycle recruiting efforts including screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring activities Facilitate onboarding and training processes for new employees Maintain accurate and compliant employee records and HRIS data Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to policies, benefits, and HR procedures Assist with employee relations matters, internal investigations, and issue resolution Coordinate workers' compensation claims, unemployment matters, and related documentation Support payroll processing and timekeeping activities Assist with compliance reporting and documentation (EEO, AAP, audits, etc.) Partner with leadership on HR initiatives, morale programs, and employee engagement efforts Help create and distribute internal communications, including newsletters and company updates Provide HR support to a workforce of 200+ employees via phone and email Participate in special projects and other HR duties as assigned Qualifications include: Minimum of five years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an exempt or professional setting Must have experience conducting and leading employee investigations Strong working knowledge of employment laws and regulations (ADA, FMLA, EEO, wage and hour, workers' compensation) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Spanish fluency preferred but not required Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
