Warehouse Associate Salary Range: $22.00 - $24.00 Hourly Level: Experienced Position Type: Full Time Job Shift: Day Education Level: 2 Year Degree Travel Percentage: None Category: Warehouse Warehouse Associate (Garner, NC) Location: Garner, NC (On-site, Full-time - 5 days a week) Summary: We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations at our Garner facility. This role is responsible for accurate order fulfillment, receiving, inventory support, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse. Responsibilities: Pick, pack, and release orders accurately Process, package, and ship outgoing orders Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory Inspect materials and shipments for accuracy and damage Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, reach truck, pallet jack, RF gun/tablet) Assist with inventory organization and cycle counts Maintain clean and safe warehouse areas; follow all safety SOPs Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and management Qualifications Required Qualifications: High school diploma, Associate's degree a plus 13 years of warehouse experience (picking/packing, shipping, receiving, inventory) Experience with reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF guns preferred Ability to lift/move heavy products Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site MondayFriday Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and work ethic Preferred Qualifications: Experience with warehouse management systems Inventory management or cycle count background Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
