Key Responsibilities Manage the annual retrospective cycle for all staff and identify organizational development priorities Design and manage a coaching/mentoring program with a focus on engagement and skill development outcomes Partner with group leaders to maintain and refine competency frameworks to guide career progression Required Qualifications Experience in competency framework design and program development Ability to conduct needs assessments and organizational analysis Proficiency in program evaluation and measurement Experience in facilitation and coaching in remote environments Comfortable working in ambiguous situations
