Receptionist at Jag Land Rover of Ocala Jaguar Land Rover Ocala is looking to hire friendly Receptionists for our dealership! Part-time. Pay rates starting at $14-16 per hour depending on experience! What We Offer: Flexible Work Schedule part-time and full-time are available Work week that includes some nights and weekends Competitive Pay Plan, based on Experience and Performance Great Benefits Package for full-time: Health & Dental Insurance, 401(k), and Paid Time Off Responsibilities: Greeting guests and directing them appropriately Answering incoming calls in a professional manner, determine nature of call, and direct caller to appropriate individual or department Able to work in a fast-paced environment Maintain a work environment that is clean and presents a professional image Assist with administrative duties which include: Data Entry Keeping Accurate Records Organizing Files/Records Requirements: Receptionist Experience is Required Ability to use Outlook, Word and Excel Strong Customer Service Skills Excellent Communication Skills Keep Accurate Records Detail Oriented Time Management Skills Professional Appearance and Good Communication Skills Integrity, a Positive Attitude, and a Strong Work Ethic Willingness to Learn, Receptive to New Ideas Ability to be a Team Player Bi-lingual is a plus, fluent in Spanish and English Applicants must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
