Senior QA Manager

A company is looking for a Senior QA Manager to own and evolve the quality strategy for their AAA title. Key Responsibilities Own and refine the QA process, including workflows, test frameworks, and success metrics Lead and maintain a high-performing internal QA organization and manage external QA partnerships Provide quality signals, risk assessments, and readiness input to development teams for decision-making Required Qualifications Shipped at least two games in a Lead QA capacity across console(s) and PC Experience building and leading high-performing QA teams Prior experience with TRCs/TCRs Experience developing test frameworks and plans from project goals (Bonus) Unreal Engine, outsource team, and JIRA experience
