Job Overview In this role, you will handle business-to-business collections, manage customer accounts, resolve billing issues, and maintain positive client relationships. Key Responsibilities Review open accounts for collection efforts and perform timely follow-ups. Conduct outbound collection calls professionally in both Spanish and English to maintain and improve customer relations. Address and resolve billing issues and account delinquencies. Monitor assigned accounts according to company policies and guidelines. Process payments as needed, ensuring collection aligns with payment terms. Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, delivering high-quality service in both languages. Requirements Experience: Minimum of 2 years in accounts receivable or business collections. Language: Fluent in both Spanish and English.
