Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary HRBP for assigned business units, developing collaborative relationships with leadership Lead performance management activities and identify talent development needs Guide teams through organizational change and support employee engagement initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or related field required 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5 years as an HR Business Partner Experience in the biotech/pharma environment Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into people strategies Ability to work onsite in the New York City or Boston office on a hybrid schedule
