PRN Cost Center CC004932 CHE - SCDC - Step Down (CMC) Pay Rate Type Hourly Pay Grade Health-27 Scheduled Weekly Hours 12 Work Shift Rotating (United States of America) Job Description Registered nurses (RNs) are responsible for providing safe, competent patient care, educating patients and their families about health conditions, and providing advice and emotional support to patients and their families. $5.00 per hour incentive bonus when working on the SCDC Unit Working at night or on weekends will make you eligible for shift differential. To be eligible for shift differentials you must work 4 hours into the shift time to get the differentials (Monday - Thursday 3p 11p = $4.50 per hour and 11p-7a = $4.75, Friday - Sunday 11p - 7a = $7.00 per hour, or Saturday Sunday 7a 3p = $6.00 per hour and 3p 11p = $6.50 per hour) PRN Status Clause: This is a PRN as-needed position, you must be available to work at least 12 hours bi-weekly, as needed according to departmental demands. You may be required to work additional hours if requested by your supervisor to accomplish work objectives. Work hours may vary (increase or decrease) depending on the needs of the unit. Additional Job Description Minimum Training and Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and a minimum of one year of work experience as a Registered Nurse required. Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred. Required Licensure, Certifications, Registrations: Licensed as a Registered Nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state.
