A company is looking for an Eligibility Specialist to manage patient eligibility and benefits investigations for specialty pharmacy services. Key Responsibilities Conduct benefits investigations and document outcomes in the appropriate tools Collaborate with team members to enhance patient care and identify operational improvements Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and participate in ongoing educational opportunities Required Qualifications, Training, and Education High school diploma or GED is required 0-1 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician State pharmacy technician license is required; national certification is preferred but not mandatory Ability to learn and navigate Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Pharmacy Dispensing Systems (PDS) Commitment to obtaining any required licensure within an agreed timeframe if not currently held
