Security Operations Center Manager

A company is looking for a Security Operations Center (SOC) Manager to lead their internal SOC. Key Responsibilities Establish and scale the core Security Operations Center, defining functional requirements for SOC capabilities Lead the Threat Intelligence function and integrate various intelligence feeds into the SIEM/SOAR for proactive threat hunting Act as the primary lead for incident response actions and oversee internal penetration testing and "Purple Team" exercises Required Qualifications Experience in a tech startup environment (Series B/C+) with a focus on building scalable systems Hands-on expertise in SASE/SSE platforms such as Netskope or Zscaler Expert-level experience securing cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Proficiency in modern SIEM/XDR solutions and offensive tooling frameworks Strong programming skills in Python or Go and proficiency in SQL for data querying
