A company is looking for a GTM/G&A Talent Acquisition Sourcer - Contractor. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage top-tier talent for various GTM & G&A roles using diverse sourcing strategies Develop and maintain talent pipelines by networking and tracking potential future hires Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners to understand specific hiring needs and support diversity initiatives Required Qualifications 3+ years of sourcing experience in technical Revenue, Marketing, Legal, Finance & Accounting roles 1+ years of in-house recruiting or sourcing experience in startups or fast-growing tech companies Deep understanding of technical roles, particularly in enterprise technical sales, marketing, and G&A teams Familiarity with recruiting and sourcing tools such as Workday, Greenhouse, and LinkedIn Recruiter Able to thrive in a hybrid work environment and adapt to changing hiring needs
