A company is looking for a Medication Access Specialist - Home Infusion. Key Responsibilities Review medication authorizations and perform actions based on client and patient needs Communicate determinations and relevant follow-up with patients regarding medication coverage and financial assistance Ensure accurate documentation in EMR systems and support clients with onboarding and training of medication access specialists Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 3 years of experience in healthcare or with pharmacy providers on medication access State Board of Pharmacy Technician registration obtained within 6 months of hire Preferred: Active CPhT certification through either PTCB or NHA Preferred: Experience with electronic medical record documentation and prior authorization workflows
