Agreement Specialist

A company is looking for an Agreement Specialist (Contract Analyst II). Key Responsibilities Review and analyze contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to clinical trials and vendor relationships Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure compliance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess contract risks and develop mitigation strategies Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field; advanced degree or certification preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract administration or management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry Strong understanding of contract law and regulatory requirements related to clinical trials Preferred experience as an attorney with knowledge of clinical trial contracting Strong computer skills, particularly with MS Office
