A company is looking for a National Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts for its Apartments Division.
Key Responsibilities Manage all marketing activities and contribute to the marketing strategy in line with divisional growth objectives Coordinate B2B marketing campaigns and oversee the division's marketing budget and tradeshow activities Prepare and analyze marketing communications, ensuring brand management and identity are maintained Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing Minimum two years of experience in a corporate-level marketing role within the multifamily housing industry Proven experience developing and managing a full departmental P&L Strong analytical abilities and project management experience Public speaking experience preferred; design background a plus
