Position Overview We are seeking a Logistics Specialist to join our operations team. In this role, you will support day-to-day logistics tasks while serving as a key point of contact for customers, sales, and internal operations teams. You will gain exposure to the full life cycle of freight movement and play a critical role in maintaining smooth, efficient service across multiple departments. Key Responsibilities Act as a primary contact for customers, managing their service experience and building strong relationships. Perform daily operations tasks including tracking, tracing, quoting, data entry , and shipment coordination. Communicate closely with the sales team, customers, carriers, and internal staff to support seamless workflow. Assist with coordinating freight across trucking, warehouse, forwarding, and brokerage channels. Update stakeholders on service changes, shipment status, and issue resolution. Who We're Looking For Understanding of basic domestic transportation and logistics fundamentals-customer service experience highly preferred. Strong organizational skills and excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse internal and external team. Flexible, positive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. Eager to learn and grow within the logistics industry.
