A company is looking for a Patient Scheduling Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities Respond to patient communications regarding appointment changes via text, email, and phone Apply scheduling protocols in Athena to modify, cancel, and rebook appointments Monitor scheduling-related tickets and assist with administrative tasks as needed Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in healthcare operations or patient services At least 2 years of experience with AthenaHealth and Zendesk Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) Experience in digital health or virtual care environments is preferred Bilingual Spanish is a plus
