Key Responsibilities Support recruiting efforts by managing open roles and tracking progress Prepare candidate updates, interview schedules, and hiring status reports Conduct initial resume reviews and maintain professional communication with candidates Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, HR, Communications, Psychology, or a related field 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or a customer-facing role Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ATS tools is a plus Authorization to work in the U.S
